A fabulous son and a fabulous person.

Two quotes that apply to Sean:

The Warrior Creed

Wherever I walk, everyone is safer.

Wherever I am, anyone in need has a friend.

Whenever I return home, everyone is happy I am there.

Dear Stephanie,

We offer our condolences to you, Brian, Pru, Brigid, Conlon and families.

We just received the sad news this Thursday evening. I just found your blog. We're sorry we could not make it to Bridgehampton for the memorial today. Hopefully my sister, Maureen, was there.

We did not know Sean very well. But we know the fine family he was a member of. My sister has kept us informed of the long and difficult ordeal both Sean and yourself endured. You are both in our prayers and, no doubt, he is in heaven.

Stephanie,

I did not have the good fortune of meeting you. But I knew Sean, and I know that you must be a very special person for him to have dedicated his life to you. Sean and I were friends in and after high school. Eventually, we both moved away and lost touch. I am very saddened to learn of his passing, and just wanted to offer my condolences to you and the entire Carabine family.

Sincerely,

Steve Edwards
